Voting by mail is an option for any qualified registered voter in Will County to cast their ballot prior to Election Day .Vote By Mail is a safe and secure way to cast a ballot without having to personally visit a Polling Place on Election Day or an Early Voting location in the weeks prior to the Election. Citizens across the country have demonstrated an increased interest in casting ballots by mail to minimize the risk of catching the COVID-19 virus. Applications can be sent via: mail, email, fax or in person You may also submit an application on the county website, thewillcountyclerk.com. The county may begin mailing ballots 40 days prior to the date of the presidential election (Tuesday, November, 03, 2020)

WHO CAN REGISTER TO VOTE
- A U.S. citizen 18 years of age by the date of the next election (some 17 year olds may vote in the General Primary) and a resident at a current Will County address for 30 days immediately prior to the next election.
